Founded in June 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City, the company began as a trading business in industrial packaging.In 2015 the board approved the investment in our own manufacturing plant, located in Chau Pha commune, Ho Chi Minh City. Producing in house gives us direct control over quality and delivery schedules rather than depending on outside suppliers.With a capacity of 7,200 tonnes per year across 108 looms and 3 extrusion lines, we serve the domestic market and export to Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We are committed to consistent quality in every product and to long-term partnerships built on reliability.

ResinVirgin PP resin is inspected on arrival before it enters production.

Tape extrusionResin is extruded into film and slit into flat tape, with denier controlled throughout.

WeavingTape is woven into tubular or flat fabric on circular looms at the specified density.

Finished goodsFabric is laminated, printed, cut and sewn, then inspected before baling.

PP WOVEN BAG

PP woven bags can be used for many purposes: holding sand and rock for embankments, flood barriers and erosion control; construction materials; food; and plastic raw materials. Our current production capacity allows us to supply 7 million bags per month.

Load capacity up to 2,500 kg. Available in four-panel, U-panel and tubular constructions, with anti-bulge and sift-proof options. Dimensions, lifting loops, filling spout and discharge outlet made to order.
